Loyah is a game rooted in the rich Bahraini vernacular and proudly produced in the local community.

Loyah is an interactive game that immerses players in Bahrain's ancient culture and archaeological monuments. Players explore hidden treasures, learn about Bahrain's history and legends, and solve challenges and puzzles. They interact with local personalities for cultural knowledge and progress in the game to discover more exciting treasures.

Adventure Game Loyah The cultural heritage and archaeological landmarks of Bahrain have been stolen by the Cultural Thief. As the citizens of the country, we must reclaim the nation's wealth and treasures. Sheikhah, Aboud, and a group of "Ayal Al-Deerah" have decided to embark on an adventure in the castle to retrieve the stolen items and capture the thief. Due to the length of the journey and the challenging obstacles set by the thief, the members of Ayal Al-Deerah have named this journey "Loyah."

Game Rules When it is each player's turn:

The player draws one action card and the person opposite the player asks only one question. The player answers the question, earns points, and then uses an action card. After that, their turn ends.

1. The number of players is a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6.

The game is designed to accommodate a range of player counts, allowing for flexibility in the number of participants. It ensures that the game can be enjoyed in various group sizes.

2. Shuffle the question cards separately and shuffle the action cards separately. Each type will be distinguished by a different color.

This step ensures that the question cards and action cards are mixed up randomly to create unpredictability and variety in gameplay. By using different colored cards, it becomes easier for players to differentiate between the two types during the game.

3. Before starting, each player receives 5 action cards, while the remaining cards are set aside for drawing. The question cards are also set aside for drawing during the game

This ensures that each player starts with a set of action cards, which they can use strategically throughout the game. By setting aside remaining action cards for drawing, there is an element of chance involved as players acquire new cards. Similarly, question cards are kept separate to be drawn during the game, adding an element of surprise and knowledge-based challenges.

4. Each person takes a character piece to move on the game board.

This step involves players choosing a character piece, such as a token or miniature, which represents their presence and movement on the game board. Each player's character piece serves as their avatar in the game, allowing them to move and progress through the board's spaces.

5. The winning player is the first one to reach the final square marked with the number 100 and catches the "Cultural Thief," earning the title of "Heritage Guardian."

This point highlights the ultimate goal of the game, which is to reach the designated final square on the game board. Additionally, players must catch the "Cultural Thief" along the way, which likely involves specific gameplay mechanics or challenges. The player who accomplishes these objectives first becomes the winner of the game and is bestowed with the title of "Heritage Guardian," emphasizing their success in protecting and preserving cultural heritage within the game's context.
